Shipping rates

Kuala Lumpur

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): RM20.00 – or Free on orders over RM180 excludes Tenplus Hydration Bottles. Shipping costs for Tenplus Hydration Bottles are RM35.00 per bottle.

Rest of Malaysia

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Flare Rate RM35.00 on all orders, excludes Tenplus Hydration Bottles. Shipping costs for Tenplus Hydration Bottles are RM35.00 per bottle.

Please note, once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Processing times

Tenplus provides standard shipping with a delivery time of 3-5 business days, including a 1-2 business day processing period. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays may experience additional processing time. For instance, an order placed on Friday evening may not show tracking updates until Monday evening.

Customs

Please note that our shipping rates and delivery times do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance times. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local authorities regarding any applicable fees and regulations before importing Tenplus products.

Tracking updates

During busy seasons, carriers may take longer to update the tracking status. If your package has shipped but the tracking status hasn’t updated within 3 business days, please contact Tenplus for assistance. If tracking updates show your package stalled at a processing location, please reach out to the carrier for the latest information.
