Shipping rates

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days): $5.99 or FREE for orders over $40.

Please note, once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Processing times

Tenplus provides free standard shipping with a delivery time of 2-5 business days, including a 1-2 business day processing period. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays may experience additional processing time. For instance, an order placed on Friday evening may not show tracking updates until Monday evening.

For same day shipping, orders are processed at 12pm and 4pm (16:00) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking updates

During busy seasons, carriers may take longer to update the tracking status. If your package has shipped but the tracking status hasn’t updated within 3 business days, please contact Tenplus for assistance. If tracking updates show your package stalled at a processing location, please reach out to the carrier for the latest information.
