Shipping rates

At Tenplus, we offer convenient shipping options for your orders:

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days):
FREE on all orders to Bali and Jawa.
Rp50.000. Flat rate to the rest of Indonesia – or FREE on orders over Rp500.000 excludes Tenplus hydration bottles. Shipping costs for Tenplus Hydration Bottles is a flat rate of Rp50.000 per bottle.

Same Day Shipping: Available in Badung, Denpasar and Gianyar for Rp50.000 on orders placed before 3pm (15:00) Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.

Please note, once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Processing items

Tenplus provides free standard shipping with a delivery time of 2-5 business days, including a 1-2 business day processing period. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays may experience additional processing time. For instance, an order placed on Friday evening may not show tracking updates until Monday evening.

For same day shipping, orders are processed at 12pm and 4pm (16:00) from Monday to Friday excluding Holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking updates

During busy seasons, carriers may take longer to update the tracking status. If your package has shipped but the tracking status hasn’t updated within 3 business days, please contact Tenplus for assistance. If tracking updates show your package stalled at a processing location, please reach out to the carrier for the latest information.
