About Tenplus
Tenplus is Southeast Asia’s hydration brand — built for performance in hot, humid climates. Trusted by athletes, wellness communities, and everyday performers, we’re expanding in Jakarta and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Jakarta to drive paid performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused — you’ll be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and optimizing all paid media campaigns, and providing actionable insights that help our creative team continuously improve performance and ROAS.
Your Role
You’ll be the engine behind Tenplus’s paid growth — managing campaign builds, audience targeting, and A/B testing across multiple platforms. You’ll translate platform data into clear insights to guide creative direction and strategy refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and manage ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
- Segment audiences, refine targeting, and continuously test creative and copy variations
- Analyze data and report actionable insights to the creative and marketing team
- Manage and optimize ad spend to maximize ROAS and lower CAC
- Ensure tracking, pixels, and conversion events are implemented and accurate
- Run weekly performance reviews and A/B tests to improve ad efficiency
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and performance best practices
- Collaborate closely with the creative team for ad feedback, iteration, and improvement
You Are
- 2–5 years experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign execution
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Data-driven with strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Based in Jakarta and eager to work in a fast-growing, performance-led environment
How We Measure Success (KPIs)
Primary KPI (Performance-Based):
- Performance will be judged by overall business lift relative to ad spend, not just platform dashboards.
Key Non-Revenue KPIs:
- Campaign Efficiency
- Average monthly ROAS ≥ 2.5 baseline
- CAC trend improving quarter-on-quarter
- Conversion tracking accuracy ≥ 99%
- Operational Excellence
- All ad sets, audiences, and creatives launched on schedule
- Zero downtime or missed tracking links in active campaigns
- Weekly optimization reports delivered consistently
- Creative Feedback Loop
- Weekly insight summaries delivered to creative team
- Minimum 4 A/B tests launched per month
- Clear performance tagging of every creative version
- Cross-Functional Impact
- Growth in overall business revenue ≥ 10% vs previous quarter
- Reduced dependence on discounts for conversions
Compensation
- Base Salary: Rp 12 – 15 jt / month
- Performance Bonus: Rp 2.5 jt – 10 jt per Rp100 jt in verified revenue at ROAS > 2.5
