About Tenplus

Tenplus is Southeast Asia’s hydration brand — built for performance in hot, humid climates. Trusted by athletes, wellness communities, and everyday performers, we’re expanding in Jakarta and looking for an Account Manager who can grow our presence in specialty retail, sports nutrition stores, gyms, wellness outlets, and healthy grocers.

Your Role

You’ll own and grow Tenplus’s specialty retail network in Jakarta — building relationships, driving sell-through, and ensuring every store reflects the Tenplus standard of visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and manage new accounts across specialty retailers (gyms, sports clubs, sport nutrition stores, wellness stores,healthy grocers, etc)
  • Execute activations, sampling, and merchandising to increase sell-through
  • Monitor sales, stock, and in-store visibility; coordinate with logistics and ops
  • Build strong relationships that convert into consistent growth
  • Work with marketing on retail campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • Track weekly performance and share clear reports

You Are

  • 2–5 years experience in FMCG, sports nutrition, or wellness retail
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Relationship-driven, organized, and confident in the field
  • Based in Jakarta and enjoy visiting stores and community events

How We Measure Success (KPIs)

Primary KPI (Revenue-Based): 

  • Month over Month Overall Revenue Growth
  • Month over Month Same Store Sales Growth

Key Non-Revenue KPIs:

  1. Retail Execution
    • In-store visibility score ≥ 90% (POSM & display compliance)
    • Product availability ≥ 98% on top SKUs
    • New accounts opened per monthr ≥ 6
  2. Relationship & Growth
    • Monthly account review meetings with top 10 doors
    • Zero unresolved payment issues > 30 days
  3. Activation Impact
    • Minimum 4 in-store activations / sampling sessions per month
    • Sales lift ≥ 15% vs non-activated stores
  4. Reporting & Feedback
    • Weekly reports on time & accurate
    • Clear competitive intel updates each month

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Rp 8 – 10 M / month
  • Performance Bonus: Comprehensive bonus plan
  • Perks: Tenplus product allowance + merch + growth opportunities
  • Expected Total Monthly Comp: Rp 15 – 20 M depending on results
