About Tenplus

Tenplus is Southeast Asia’s hydration brand — built for performance in hot, humid climates. Trusted by athletes, wellness communities, and everyday performers, we’re expanding in Jakarta and looking for a Community Manager to build relationships with ambassadors, athletes, and event partners, turning community energy into measurable growth.

Your Role

You’ll lead community engagement for Tenplus in Jakarta — managing ambassador and athlete relationships, coordinating event activations, and driving awareness through partnerships, sponsorships, and social presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage ambassadors and athletes across sports and fitness communities
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and brand activations
  • Coordinate sampling and on-ground logistics with marketing and ops
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, clubs, and event organizers
  • Manage ambassador communications, content output, and product support
  • Track results: attendance, engagement, and sales conversion

You Are

  • 2–5 years experience in events, marketing, or community management
  • Connected within Jakarta’s sports, fitness, or wellness scene
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Strong in coordination and relationship building
  • Comfortable with evening or weekend activations

How We Measure Success (KPIs)

Primary KPI (Revenue-Based): 

  • Drive revenue growth through event and ambassador sales

Key Non-Revenue KPIs:

  1. Community Growth
    • Active ambassadors ≥ 15 with monthly engagement
    • Grow Tenplus WhatsApp Community Month Over Month
    • Minimum 2 new partnerships per month (gym, club, event)
  2. Event Execution
    • ≥ 6 activations per quarter
  3. Brand Visibility
    • Minimum 2 UGC posts / month per ambassador
    • Event coverage submitted to Social Media team within 48 hours of activation

Compensation

  • Base Salary:  Rp 10 – 12 M / month
  • Performance Bonus: Rp 2.5 M per Rp 100 M in verified correlated revenue growth
  • Perks: Tenplus product allowance + merch + career growth
  • Expected Total Monthly Comp: Rp 13 – 20 M depending on results
