What is the procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?

If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage,
myTenPlus - Lifestyle Accessories.com will arrange the reverse pick up for the product that is under Return Policy
Timeline. Do note that an amount of Rs. 150 will be charged from you in case of reverse pick
up. Once we receive the product, the Quality Check team will go through the condition of the
product and will provide resolution (resolve the issue or provide fresh replacement) to you
within 5 workings days. The resolution will be shared with you over the trail mail.
You can also self-ship product where reverse pick up may not be applicable. Dispatch the
product within 48 hours after return request is raised. An amount of Rs. 100 will be
reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of a coupon code.
